Deposit & Cancellation Policy

While we offer consultations free of charge, a $50 deposit is required for all appointments.

If you attend the consultation and choose not to proceed with the treatment, the $50 deposit will be refunded. If you decide to proceed, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment.

Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

If you make changes or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Failure to show up for your appointment will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a $100 rebooking fee will apply for rescheduling.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion, and you may be required to provide evidence.
